This program provides prescriptions for Buprenorphine and Naltrexone, along with options for micro-dosing Fentanyl and administering Sublocade injections.

Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private payments, and private insurance. Fees are based on income, and additional laboratory tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with an opioid use disorder are eligible, and polysubstance users may be considered individually. It is important to note that Methadone treatment is not available through this program.
