Affordable housing options are available for seniors aged 62 and above. Due to a waitlist, this is not an immediate housing solution.
Application Process: To join the waiting list, complete an application. Applications are available at each housing complex or can be requested via phone to be sent by mail.
Costs: Rent is calculated as 30% of the tenant's income.
Who can use this
- Available to seniors aged 62 and older with very low income; tenants contribute 30% of their monthly income towards rent and utilities.
