This program provides low-income housing for individuals aged 62 and above. Due to a waiting list, it does not serve as an immediate housing option.
Application Process: To join the waiting list, applicants need to complete a form. Applications are available at each housing complex or can be requested via phone for mailing.
Costs: Rent is calculated as 30% of the tenant's income.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include seniors aged 62 and above with very low income, who pay 30% of their monthly earnings for rent and utilities.
