About this resource
Affordable housing options are offered in Pierce County for households that fulfill specific income and eligibility criteria, targeting those with incomes at 50% or 80% of the Area Median Income.
Intake Procedure: When the waitlist is activated, Love My Space shares information with the community and posts the application online. After all available units are filled, applicants who were not chosen will be retained for 6 months. At the conclusion of this period, those still seeking housing will be added to a waitlist.
Fees: The rental prices will differ depending on the unit, and there is a $30 application fee.
