Volunteers offer support and companionship to help seniors maintain their independence at home.
Intake Process: Interested volunteers are required to fill out an application, undergo a background check, and finish a designated training program.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- To qualify, volunteers should be at least 55 years old, have a low income, and be willing to dedicate a minimum of five hours weekly for at least one year, along with possessing auto insurance and maintaining a clean driving record for three years.
