About this resource
This program provides studio apartments designed for individuals requiring Transitional "Clean and Sober" housing who are actively receiving treatment services. Applicants must be literally homeless and have an income that is below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Rent is set at 30% of the tenant's income.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call or email for additional details. While a referral from Coordinated Entry (CE) is not necessary, they do accept referrals from CE.
Fees: Rent is 30% of the tenant's income.

- Individuals facing homelessness and receiving treatment services must meet income qualifications to apply for studio apartments.
