About this resource
The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is designed to assist children and families in their readiness for Kindergarten. This initiative is financed by Washington State and is available for low-income children aged 3 and 4.
Intake Procedure: Parents may contact for an appointment and additional details.
Fees: There are no charges for qualifying families.
Who can use this
- The program caters to 3 and 4 year old children from low-income households or those facing developmental or environmental challenges that could hinder academic success. It offers two preschool formats: 1. Working Day - providing up to 10 hours of preschool for families engaged in work, education, or other approved activities for 25 or more hours weekly. 2. School Day - offering 6 hours of preschool from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, following the school district's calendar (including winter, spring, and summer breaks).
