About this resource
This initiative provides advocacy, counseling, and housing support for at-risk youth who have transitioned out of the foster care system. It serves as a Transitional Living Program aimed at homeless young adults between the ages of 18 and 21.
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call for additional details, and a DCYF application is necessary.
Costs: The program accepts Apple Health (Medicaid) for payment.

- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a history in the foster care system.
