FAST - Functional Assessment Service Team - is a group of trained volunteers who assist individuals with access and functional needs during disasters to secure necessary support in community shelters.

- Members of FAST are required to have the relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities for their specific roles, along with a comprehensive understanding of the communities they serve, including their cultures and available services. They must also fulfill all training and background checks.
