This initiative connects unpaid caregivers with vital resources to assist them in providing at-home care. Offered services may encompass caregiver counseling, support groups, care planning, adaptive medical equipment, in-home assistance, and respite care.

Who can use this
- This program is designed for unpaid family caregivers of seniors and adults with disabilities, with additional support available for those caring for individuals aged 55 or older, enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or requiring assistance with daily activities.
