Families can submit petitions to support a child experiencing a crisis. It is required that families have previously interacted with Family Reconciliation Services and have received a Family Assessment. For further details regarding the petitions, please refer to the information provided.

Who can use this
- Eligible applicants include parents, guardians, or individuals under 18, all of whom must have engaged with Family Reconciliation Services (FRS) and provide verification of a Family Assessment, which will be conducted within 48 hours of contacting FRS.
