About this resource
This initiative has a network of healthcare providers who volunteer their services to assist uninsured individuals with incomes at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), provided they have resided in Pierce County for a minimum of three months.
Intake Process: A referral from your primary care physician is required. The patient must fill out an application and ensure that the referral is properly submitted. Upon approval of your enrollment by PCPA, Care Coordinators will help manage your care in collaboration with our Donated Care Providers. Each patient is enrolled for a duration of 12 months.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be uninsured, residents of Pierce County for at least three months, and have a household income that does not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
