This program manages a 41-unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) studio apartment building aimed at low-income individuals with special needs, who are committed to maintaining sobriety.

Fees: Rent is calculated at 30% of the tenant's income.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be single, homeless or at risk of homelessness, in recovery from substance addiction, and/or have mental or physical disabilities. Additionally, they must have case management support from an external agency or on-site.
