Who can use this

• To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals or $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Exempt from countable resources are primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots or spaces, vehicles in use, and certain distributions from Alaska Native corporations. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) with prescription coverage, is required.
