St. Leo's Food Connection

This initiative supplies two days' worth of meals to children who are at risk of hunger over the weekends. It collaborates with multiple schools in Pierce County to implement the program.

Intake Procedure: School counselors, teachers, and community partners at the involved schools identify students who might face hunger during weekends. Parents can inquire with their school counselor to find out if their school is part of this or a similar initiative.
