- Eligible candidates include adults aged 18 and older in Pierce County who are unemployed or underemployed, low-income, TANF recipients, SNAP recipients, and anyone authorized to work in the U.S., including refugees; eligibility may vary by program, so it's advisable to contact TCH for more information.
