It primarily assists those who are not looking for work. The service area includes Pierce and southwest King County.

Who can use this
- To be eligible for the Independent Living Program, you must be at least 24 years old and experiencing vision loss or blindness that affects your ability to live independently, with a focus on individuals who are not employed or pursuing education.
