This service processes requests for criminal history records. The public can obtain conviction details, information on arrests that are less than one year old with pending outcomes, and data about registered sex and kidnapping offenders.
Request Procedure: Submissions can be made through online platforms, via mail, or in person.
Fees: The cost for an online background check is $11. A mail request for Criminal Conviction History costs $32. A request including fingerprints is $58, while a notarized letter incurs a fee of $10.
