Emergency grants are available to assist low-income member households with their winter heating expenses.

Cost: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must have been active members of the Cooperative for at least four (4) months before seeking assistance. Project PAL is supported by voluntary contributions from members, which include rounding up electric bills to the nearest dollar and both ongoing and one-time donations. Eligible applicants must have a family income that does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty income guidelines for the year they apply.
