This initiative organizes dental clinics on Orcas, Lopez, and San Juan islands for individuals who cannot pay for dental services. It connects families with children aged 6 and under who are enrolled in Medicaid to dentists experienced in treating young patients.

- Residents of San Juan County who are enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid) or lack dental insurance. The program caters to children up to age 6 who are enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
