This service aids individuals who are self-represented in maneuvering through the family law system. The facilitator is not a lawyer and is unable to provide legal counsel. Support is offered for divorce/legal separation, modifications of child support, parenting plans, and custody arrangements.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone or email.
Fees: A charge of $20.00 covers 60 minutes of assistance, which consists of a 15-minute preparation call followed by a 45-minute phone or virtual consultation.
