Who can use this

Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps due to lack of options, using public or private places not meant for sleeping, or residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing.
