This service provides medications such as buprenorphine, methadone, or naltrexone to assist with opioid withdrawal. It creates personalized treatment plans and offers same-day dosing. Additionally, Narcan is available to help prevent overdoses, and there may be options for free transportation to the clinic.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to visit in person, although spots can fill up quickly. Tribal members and pregnant women are advised to call ahead.
Fees: The clinic accepts all insurance types, and there is no income requirement. Assistance is available for clients to enroll in Apple Health via the Health Plan Finder.
