About this resource
Provides one-time financial aid and care coordination to help individuals aged 18-24 avoid or overcome housing instability.
Intake Process: You can either call or visit in person for further information and support.
Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 13-24 (up to their 25th birthday) who are homeless (living outdoors, in a vehicle, or in emergency shelters) or at risk of homelessness (facing eviction, staying with friends or family, or paying for a hotel); must be below 80% AMI for their household size; must be capable of maintaining housing independently after receiving one-time assistance.
