About this resource
This initiative supplies nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Participants benefit from monthly food assistance and can utilize seasonal vouchers for local farmers' markets.
Application Process: Interested individuals should call to apply or obtain further details. After the initial meeting, follow-up sessions are arranged every one to three months.
