About this resource
This program aids low-income individuals on Medicare by covering their premiums for Medicare Part A and Part B. Additionally, DSHS provides support for co-pays and deductibles for those with very limited income.
To apply, you can call, check the website, or visit any Community Service Office (CSO).
There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who receive Medicare and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, the income limit is 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available to disabled individuals at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
