About this resource
This initiative delivers community-based outreach, intake, assessment, and links individuals to services, along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support when needed. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Engage with the local program. While most clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, all types of referrals are welcomed.
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- Individuals of all ages with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health issues.
