Intake Process: You can reach out by phone, visit in person, or access the website.
Fees: Non-resident charges are $80 annually per household for those under 65 years, and $40 annually for households with members aged 65 and over. Fees are adjusted on a quarterly basis.
Who can use this
- All in-library programs are accessible to everyone. Borrower Cards are available at no charge to: - Residents living within Mount Vernon's city limits - Individuals who can prove they pay property tax to the City of Mount Vernon - Holders of an Annual Business License from the City of Mount Vernon - Certified educators working within Mount Vernon city limits. A library card is not necessary for computer access.
