About this resource
This program provides a monthly peer-led support group for adults managing at least one mental health condition. It creates a secure, confidential, and nurturing environment for participants to share their experiences and learn from the challenges and successes of others.
Intake Procedure: Complete the online program interest form.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and over in Skagit who are dealing with at least one mental health condition.
