Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must own and reside in a home in Skagit County for at least one year, earn between 30% and 60% of the county's gross median income, and demonstrate an inability to afford necessary repairs due to age, disability, or other circumstances, while also being willing to collaborate with Skagit Habitat.
