About this resource
This program assists young individuals in transitioning from foster care to independent living by offering services such as training in daily living skills, educational assistance, career exploration, vocational training, and job support.
Intake Process: Young people can refer themselves through an online form or receive a referral from a DCYF partner.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Young individuals aged 15-23 who are currently in or have previously been in foster care.
