Cost: There are no fees for families that meet the income eligibility criteria.
Who can use this
- Focuses on children and families with the greatest needs, including those with low income, disabilities, or those who are foster or homeless. While a referral is not mandatory, it can help with the qualification process. Eligible children range from prenatal to 3 years old for Early Head Start & Early ECEAP, and from 3 to 5 years old for Head Start & ECEAP. For more information, please call.
