Costs: Families that meet income eligibility criteria will not incur any fees.
Who can use this
- Focuses on children and families with the greatest need, including those with the lowest income, disabilities, or who are foster or homeless. While a referral is not mandatory, it can help with the qualification process. Eligible children range from prenatal to 3 years old for Early Head Start & Early ECEAP, and 3-5 years old for Head Start & ECEAP. For further information, please call.
