This service provides both in-person and virtual consultations with licensed behavioral health professionals, focusing on issues such as alleviating anxiety and depression, navigating family dynamics and parenting, enhancing relationships, managing stress, improving sleep quality, fostering healthy habits, coping with illnesses or injuries, addressing alcohol and substance use, and dealing with grief and loss.

Fees: Pricing varies by service. Accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale discount for those without insurance.
