The organization provides a crisis intervention hotline, secure temporary accommodation for women who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault along with their children (boys aged 18 and under), and advocacy/crisis intervention support.
Intake Process: Individuals can walk in, call, or check the website for additional details. The hotline operates as an emergency pager; callers should leave their name and phone number, and staff will return the call within 15 minutes.
Cost: There are no fees for services.

- Shelter services are available for women and their children (boys under 18), while all other services have no restrictions.
