About this resource

This service provides transportation for medical and social service appointments, pharmacy visits, financial and essential shopping, as well as the senior congregate meal program. It is available to adults aged 60 and older, as well as adults with disabilities.

Intake Procedure: Appointments must be scheduled by calling at least three working days prior.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.

Who can use this

  • Adults aged 60 and over and those with disabilities, particularly from low-income households.
