Primary care providers assess both new and ongoing patients for prevalent behavioral health conditions and substance use disorders, directing them to on-site experts for counseling, treatment for opiate use disorders, and psychiatric medication management.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, either call or visit the website. A referral from a CHC provider is necessary for behavioral health services.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and private insurance. A Sliding Fee discount program is available based on income and household size.

- Patients of CHC who have been referred by their CHC provider.
