Intake Process: Individuals can either come during the designated outreach hours or fill out an application online.

- Clients must reside in specific zip codes including Lynnwood (98036, 98037, 98046, 98087), Bothell/Mill Creek (98011, 98012, 98021, 98041, 98082), Kenmore (98028), South Everett (98208), and Cathcart (98296).
