Primary care providers assess both new and returning patients for prevalent behavioral health conditions and substance use disorders, directing them to onsite experts for counseling, opiate use disorder treatments, and psychiatric medication oversight.
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, either call or visit the website. A referral from a CHC provider is necessary for access to behavioral health services.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and private insurance. A Sliding Fee discount program is available based on income and household size.

- Patients of CHC who have been referred by their provider.
