Who can use this
- Children aged 6 to 18 residing in Snohomish County are eligible. Parents or legal guardians must inquire about the program, receive the application, and submit it. Both parent and child will attend an interview at the office. A waitlist may be present, depending on factors such as the child's location and mentor availability.
