This service offers a high-intensity, home and community-based treatment option for individuals needing more regular interaction with their clinical team through a tailored treatment program.
Intake Process: Interested clients should call to initiate the process, typically beginning with a general assessment.
Costs: Covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and above diagnosed with a severe and persistent psychiatric disorder, who have a history of frequent crisis interventions, numerous psychiatric hospitalizations, and unsuccessful community placements.
