This program offers intensive outreach-based mental health treatment and behavioral support aimed at minimizing preventable hospitalizations, homelessness, and interactions with law enforcement.
Intake Process: Requires a referral and authorization for Expanded Community Services (ECS) through DSHS Home and Community Services (HCS).
Cost: Covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and older facing severe mental health and behavioral health issues, particularly those with a history of frequent hospitalizations, housing instability, and homelessness.
