Provides essential safety and health repairs for residences owned by seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Application Process: Applicants must fill out a form and submit documentation of their total monthly household income from all sources.
Costs: The Grant Program offers free labor for eligible participants.
Who can use this
- Applicants must own, be in the process of purchasing, or have Lifetime Rights to their home, and be at least 62 years old. Those under 62 must have a disability recognized by HUD guidelines; contact for income requirements.
