Offers nutrition screening, evaluation, education, and counseling services.
Intake Process: Please call to inquire.
Fees: A suggested donation of $4.00 per meal is requested from eligible individuals. Donations can be made via cash, check, or credit card. No eligible individual will be turned away due to inability to donate. For those who do not qualify, the private pay rate is $8.00 per meal.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and older or those with disabilities who are part of Meals on Wheels or The Community Table Dining Program.
