This program organizes trained volunteers to connect with seniors in Snohomish County through weekly calls or in-person meetings to help them navigate life transitions and manage stress and sadness.
Intake Process: Phone call.

Who can use this
- Participants must be aged 60 and above, while volunteers should be at least 55 years old.
