This program prescribes medications such as Buprenorphine and Naltrexone, offers micro-dosing for Fentanyl use, and provides Sublocade injections.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call. Most new patients can begin treatment within 24 hours or even on the same day.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private pay, and private insurance, with income-based sliding scale fees available. Additional laboratory tests will incur separate charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals with an opioid use disorder are eligible, and polysubstance users may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; however, Methadone treatment is not provided.
