About this resource
This program provides financial assistance for electric bills from the Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) based on available funding. Applicants must adhere to income eligibility criteria and possess a disconnect notice.
To initiate the process, individuals should contact Saint Vincent de Paul to arrange a screening appointment. Applications and necessary checklists can be found in a plastic holder on the bulletin board outside the assistance window, accessible at any time, including weekends, or can be downloaded from the website at www.svdpnsc.com. Completed applications may be submitted in person during designated hours or sent via email to CommunityEnergyFund@svdpnsc.com. Reviews of applications will occur only during Project Pride business hours. The individual applying must be the one named on the PUD bill, although a caretaker or guardian can apply with proper identification for the bill holder.
There are no fees associated with this service.
