This program offers financial aid to PSE customers who have received a disconnect, urgent, or final notice. It is available to residents throughout Snohomish County, excluding Marysville and Tulalip. Assistance is limited to one time per heating season, or as long as funds permit.

Fees: There are no fees associated.
Who can use this
- Available for residents of Snohomish County who have a disconnect, urgent, or final notice from PSE; those in Marysville and Tulalip should contact The Salvation Army in Marysville for potential help.
