A marriage license can be obtained at the time of application, but it cannot be utilized for three full days and must be used within a 60-day period; it is valid throughout Washington State.

Who can use this
- Both parties must be at least 18 years old; those who are 17 need consent from a custodial parent or legal guardian, along with proof of age such as a driver's license or birth certificate, and the guardian must be present to sign the application.
