About this resource
This program offers financial assistance for bill payments to low-income households receiving service from Puget Sound Energy (PSE).
Application Process: Applications can be submitted in person on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9-11:30 AM and 1-3 PM, or by phone from Monday to Thursday between 9-11:30 AM.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Applicants must have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median: (1) $5,888; (2) $6,730; (3) $7,571; (4) $8,409. Additional verification of income, address, and citizenship is required; adults over 18 must sign an unemployment statement if applicable, and verification for children and grandchildren through DSHS is necessary if they do not reside with a legal guardian.
